My little sister (who is 9) ran over to me, “Vicki, Vicki!  Quick! Come here, I found your daily picture!”  She brought me over to her frisbee that was sitting on the kitchen counter, and making a wonderful reflection onto the wall.  Thank you Maddie for being on the lookout for my daily picture :)

We had a super pink sunset tonight.  I was sitting at my desk working, when the house started turning pink.  I grabbed my camera and ran outside.

My family and I spent a few days redecorating my mom and dad’s dining room.  This was before we put the glass doors on the cabinets Her inspiration for her new dining room was bring the forest into her dining room.  When I saw this I said “The forest has officially come into your dining room.”

My newest adoption.  It spent many years working for a Navy Photography Lab in Washington D.C. back in the early to mid 1980’s.  And since it’s older than me, I’m calling it vintage :)  Before the end of this project I’m hoping to get a daily picture out of it.  P.S. Thanks Ken!

Day 231 – August 18, 2012

Today we went to the Grand Canyon.  This was my husband’s and my second trip this year.  I don’t think I could ever get tired of such a gorgeous place.
