Day 354 – December 19, 2012

Day 354

My husband bought me two new vintage cameras while he was on TDY to New Mexico recently.  Last night I had a dream I was taking pictures with this one.

In other news, we are leaving tomorrow on our cross-country trek to visit almost all our family members for Christmas and New Years.  I won’t be able to post the rest of the years photos until after we get back on January 6th.  So I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  To all my fellow 366’ers – can you believe it!?  We’ll be done so soon!  It’s been a wonderful adventure.  I’ll be putting my last 12 images of this project up when we get back.  I can’t wait to see the end of all of your projects as well.  And while I might be finished with my everyday project shortly, I’ll be working in January on this project’s book, which I’m planning on having available by the end of January 2013.  See you all next year ;)

Day 338

Playing around with light and a lens.

I hate Coke, but I love Coke bottles.

Day 298 – October 24, 2012

Day 251 – September 7, 2012

I wanted to do a little night photography today, I really liked the way this one turned out.  A street lamp turned intense flame on the left, a plane on the right, and some sort of circular lens flare at the top.

Day 169 – June 17, 2012

After lounging in our little pool, which is more like a little hot tub after sitting in the desert sun all day, I laid in the sun to dry off with my puppies.  I had an insect’s eye view of the grass and it looked pretty cool as the sun set.

Day 129 – May 8, 2012

The lake was beautiful and sparkling at sunset.

Day 106 – April 15, 2012

All the fluffy clouds that were here yesterday are gone.  The sky is blue, there’s a little bit of a breeze, and the sun is shining bright.  My husband and I decided to try flying our kite.  We were successful.
