Day 333 – November 28, 2012

I’m still excited about everything that’s re-blooming.  Our lime tree has new buds on it!  And little ants.

I love double exposures.

Day 233 – August 20, 2012

Today was our last day in Sedona.  We went to Slide Rock State Park, which was amazing.  I recommend it to everyone.  While I was sitting soaking my feet in the cold water, a water snake decided to scare the crap out of me.  After I calmed down I decided to take its picture.  This is quite a feat for me, considering I’m afraid of spiders, snakes, and basically anything that crawls or slithers.

Day 198 – July 16, 2012

Sorry little flowers.  We planted you in Arizona and you were never destined to live too long out here in the heat.  But you were pretty while you lasted.

Day 149 – May 28, 2012

Today my little sister and I built a fairy house.  A fairy house is a house you build out of objects you find in your woods and adhesives, for fairies to come and stay.  This was the beginning of the day.  The first thing we built was a ladder up to the stump where the house was going to be.  However, after we finished the ladder  we realized that fairies can fly, and we weren’t quite sure why we had built the ladder.  We came to the conclusion that we should leave it there for either injured fairies or other creatures that might want to visit the fairies.

[Not part of my daily project, but here is a photo of the completed fairy house]

Day 23 – January 23, 2012

When I paint I lean toward being an Abstract Expressionist. I decided that I could be an Abstract Expressionist photographer too.
